Satellite – 40 degrees a l’Ombre

Perfume: 40 degrees a l’Ombre
House: Satellite
Source: Luckyscent
Size: 1mL

Luckyscent Notes: lemon, orange, bergamot, grapefruit, jasmine, lavender, geranium, musk, sandalwood, patchouli

Date: 1/17/08 Weather: 19 degrees, sunny

Comments: Very citrusy – grapefruit with a hint of orange and lots of rind. Sadly, like most grapefruit scents on me, this one turns very bitter. Once I slog through the citrusy / bitter first hour – the scent turns into a floral powder with a sour edge. Meh. At the 4 hour mark – layered with Possets – Libby. Nice combo that seems to increase the longevity of the Possets. Whatever Satellite is using as their fixative base is good stuff.
