Date: 12/17/08 Weather: 40 degrees, rainy, evening.

Comments: Top is spicy and a bit doughy. The doughy note begins to dominate for the next 30 minutes. It then turns into a spice roll – heavy on the yeast, light on the sugar. Still sweet. A really interesting fragrance that is comforting in its own way. The next morning – you can still catch a whiff of the yeasty spice roll.

Date: 2/4/09 Weather: 20 degrees, clear, evening

Comments: Bread dough with a hint of spices. No sweetness at all. Pick up a hint of a flower sometime around the 2nd hour. Seemed pretty weird on. The next morning, a sweet yeasty spice roll.
