Memoire Liquide – Bisou au Chocolat
Perfume: Bisou au Chocolat
House: Memoire Liquide
Source: The Perfume Court
Size: 1mL
Perfume Court Notes: musk, vanilla bean, chocolate.
Date: 9/13/08 Weather: 73 degrees, sunny
Comments: Starts very faint and floral. I am almost anosmic to the top notes – seems kinda rosy with the chocolate accenting. The chocolate note and the perfume itself gets stronger as it dries down. Within 15 minutes, becomes a beautifully blended chocolatey floral. You can’t really tell where the chocolate and the roses begin and end. Not particularly foody and quite lovely. One hour later – turns vanillic and musky. Still seems faint – may be more a function of nose-stuffiness than the perfume. Becomes progressively more musky as it dries down. Showered after 5 hours.
I have stood for hours playing with the scents at Bendels in NYC and I am always disappointed . For the price , the scents have no lasting power at all .

Yeah – it seemed really really faint. I’m going to try it again when my nose isn’t so wonky (gotta love the change of seasons).
