Yves Saint Laurent – YSL Kourous Fraicheur

Perfume: YSL Kourous Fraicheur
House: Yves Saint Laurent
Source: Swap – Taolady
Size: 3 mL rollerball

Basenotes Notes:
Top – Bergamot
Heart – Orange blossom, pineapple
Base – Amber, patchouli, vetiver

Date: 5/26/08 Weather: 66 degrees, sunny

Comments: Starts with a citrus and wood blast. Quickly settles to a powdery citrus and sandalwood blend with a hint of pepper and some florals. Still somewhat masculine, but not obviously so. In 15 minutes, goes soapy. 45 minutes in – soap, woods and a hint of lotion. This must be what perfumistas mean when they talk about “barbershop” smells. Finally dries down to a balsamic amber. Showered after 5 hours – though it was faint by that point.
