Luckyscent Notes: precious woods, vanilla, fresh grasses, white florals

Date: 4/3/08 Weather: 48 degrees, cloudy

Comments: Starts as a vanilla-laced incense (not very different from Le Labo Vanille 44). In an hour – it morphs to a powdery vanilla (like sugar) and wears very close to the skin. There is a slight cherry pipe tobacco accord that begins to appear and strengthen over the next 30 minutes or so. Stays this way for a bit – then returns to vanilla-based incense (close wearing) for the duration. Not getting the “Play-Doh” accord mentioned in other reviews. Big fan. Still going 6 hours later.

Comments: NOW I get the play doh. That accord sticks around for about 30 minutes, then becomes incense. Dead after 4 hours. I think this is better in the cold.

Date: 1/14/09 Weather: 30 degrees, clear, evening

Comments: Play doh, morphing into cherry-almond bread baking in an incensed room. The resins and bready notes are much stronger this time. Incredibly unpredictable with each wearing. Gone the next morning.
