Le Labo – Jasmin 17

Perfume: Jasmin 17
House: Le Labo
Perfumer: Maurice Roucel
Source: Le Labo
Size: 5mL spray

Notes: N/A

Date: 11/9/07 Weather: 45 degrees, rainy

Comments: Floral jasmine to start. Then becomes honeysuckle. Then develops a corn chip note (not entirely unpleasant). Then gets green and woody with some vanilla. Then orange blossom – which lingers through the dry-down. Very wearable and office worthy.

Date: 1/17/08 Weather: 30 degrees, about to snow

Comments: Still a beautiful, clean jasmine. A bit of citrus appears about 5 minutes in, then fades. Then some indoles – but it still seems very clean. A nice sillage in the gym – very subtle (only 1 spray on the chest). A floral/vanilla. I am a bit congested today, which might impact my impressions. The scent didn’t make it through the shower.

Date: 6/19/08 Weather: 80 degrees, stormy

Comments: Jasmine tea today. With a little sugar. Really like this scent. It makes me happy.

Date: 11/21/08 Weather: 35 degrees, windy, evening

Comments: Jasmine tea. Develops a very strong lemon note this time with the sugar. Eventually the jasmine and tea notes burn off and you are left with a pretty, sweet jasmine.
