Bvlgari – Eau Parfumee au The Rouge

Perfume: Eau Parfumee au The Rouge
House: Bvlgari
Perfumer: Olivier Polge
Source: Swap – BlackCat
Size: 5mL Spray

OsMoz Notes:
Top: Pink Pepper, Seville Orange, Bergamot
Heart: Roiboos’ Red Tea, ‘Yunnan’ Red Tea, Fig
Base: Walnut, Musk, Balsamic Notes

Date: 8/20/08 Weather: 63 degrees, breezy, shockingly cool for this time of year

Comments: Starts with a pink pepper blast. Quickly mellows to a chai tea – the hint of bitterness from the tea note. 30 minutes in – noticing a fantastic spicy, creamy vanillic sillage with just enough bitterness to make it interesting. Up close (direct wrist sniff) – it is a tad sour. Fades to a light balsamic musk within 2 hours. Gone in 5 hours.

Date: 9/24/08 Weather: 72 degrees, evening

Comments: Huge pepper blast which cleared out my stuffy nostrils. Then chai tea. SO noted – “You smell fruity. Nice.” I quit being able to smell this one after an hour.
