Date: 7/8/08 Weather: 72 degrees, damp

Comment: First application reminds me of gin (Junipero – a very floral, juniper heavy gin that is my absolute FAV in martinis). Then becomes a watery green floral. At first – just a light floral bouquet. Then the lily of the valley begins to dominate. Within 30 minutes, I begin to smell strongly of generic laundry detergent. I like good smelling laundry detergent, just not as perfume! The drydown (it gets there after a couple of hours) is a pleasant green iris musk. Still slightly soapy, but not nearly as much as the heart. The soap level decreases as it slowly turns into a close-wearing woody musk. This was obviously thought out – but I’m going to have a tough time wearing this one.
