Serge Lutens – Fleurs de Citronnier

Perfume: Fleurs de Citronnier
Perfumer: Serge Lutens
Source: Luckyscent
Size: 1mL

Luckyscent Notes: Lemon blossom, neroli, tuberose, musk

Date: 12/26/07 Weather: 40 degrees and rainy, evening

Comments: Starts with almost a lavender note, then becomes citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and flowers (orange flower). Base becomes orange blossom honey, then finally vanilla and white musk. I could still smell vanilla, wood and musk the next morning. Interesting evolution to this scent. Signature Serge Lutens.

Date: 2/7/08 Weather: 50 degrees, evening

Comments: Lemon 409 to Lemon Joy dishwashing detergent. Quickly moves through both of these stages into a pretty lemon-accented floral. A honeyed vanilla and musk note appears within 15 minutes. Also picking up some spices this time as well. Still has a hint of that lemon-accented white floral.

Date: 3/21/08 Weather: 55 degrees, evening

Comments: Lemon-accented white floral with musk. Stronger on the “lutens signature” this time. Didn’t pay much attention to this scent, just knew I smelled nice. A bit lotiony. Gone the next morning.
