Ayala Moriel – Moon Breath

Perfume: Moon Breath
Perfumer: Ayala Sender
Source: Ayala Moriel
Size: 1 mL

Notes: Amber, Bergamot , Frangipani, Gardenia, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Olibanum, Rosewood, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang

Date: 11/15/07 Weather: 45 degrees, very breezy and cold

Comments: Spicy peppery floral – strong on the jasmine. Really smells like black pepper, even though not in the notes. Begins to develop a powder note. Gets heavier wood and ylang ylang appear. Evolves to a powdery wood. Stays that way for next 4 hours. This one is oily on the skin and stronger than most of her scents. May need to be in the mood for it.

Date: 10/15/08 Weather: 70 degrees, sunny

Comments: Spicy woody peppery floral. Can’t tell what flowers are in there, mostly white flowers. Seems a bit resinous this time. Keeps that resinous note for the next 7 hours. Lasts a lot longer than most naturals.

Date: 1/4/09 Weather: 40 degrees, clear, evening

Comments: Picking up a sweet citrus note this time among the white florals. Makes the whole read almost like an orange blossom scent. Also has a distinct resinous background. Not sure whether I like it or not this evening. Lingered a bit on the robe the next morning. “Orange blossom.”
